as for 650i, once they get rid off their stock of 645i/ci, 650i will be priced. Haven't heard about 640i being out yet in the EU.!??

I got my 545 on indent basis. Even then the price was on the price list "special indent". Right now the sales people don't even have a clue on the price. Their indication is that the company has not indicated anything at all.

Anyway lets wait and see, but I'm not in the market for one. This 545 will probably be my last 5 series. Might look at the E90 or its successor when I'm tired of this car.

Well, I'd have already an M6 by then. I don't think I'd be selling the M in a hurry. I don't know when I'd be replacing the 545 but I definitely will not be doing it in a hurry; maybe in a year or 18 months time. Its too far away to assume anything right now; like I never thought I'd be buying the M one year ago.

Guys like Totoseow for example; he may be saying no to the M5 or M6 right now, but the bug might hit him anytime. He may just turn up for our meet one of these days driving one.

I've just sent you a PM. Best time to buy now due to the low COE, end of year result oriented sales figures, etc. Take a loan and your price will be brought down further.

Buy a 523 if you are conservative in your spending or a 525 if you want some performance.

Both models use the same engine, but the one in the 523 is de-tuned

You cannot tune it up like what you are thinking. However, there is a guy from DMS that comes here every now and the who can remap your ECU to increase torque, HP, etc. Comes at a cost.

You will also be deprived of some extras which the 525 will have. Check with the SE and you will find out more.

Your wheels look a little too small. Maybe its because you haven't lowered your suspension yet. Those PS2 feel great don't they?
