Hey, Tategoi; check out the M5 wing mirrors whilst you're at PML EC. Understand they have stock there and that these mirrors are equipped with white led lights at the base; just like mine. I was told that they've fitted a 530 with these mirrors; only one on the road so far.
Only setback is the price. A whopping SGD 3,500.00 incl labour

Anyone interested in my Sports steering II incl airbag? I've placed an order for the M sport steering. Expected to arrive in a couple of weeks.
Also thinking of swopping my ACS type IV for the Breytons.
Willing to listen to offers if any.
Interested party pls PM me. I'm afraid this offer is only open to the SINGAPORE market!!

[/quote]The type IV can be fitted onto a 6. These rims are made to universally fit most models now. BMW provides spacers to cater to the offset and I am sure you can buy the ones for the 6 if you need them.
Will check with PML about the mirrors and revert

Edlee, PM you on the sport steering. Let me know!
Was at Alexandra PML showroom, they have upgraded it to universal BMW showroom standard look and feel! Watch out for those platform steps though!

Went to PML showroom at Alexandra to view the new 3 series. Very nice car - much nicer than in the pictures.
Also went to test drive the Lexus GS300. This is how I felt:
1. Interior felt cramp compared to E60
2. Steering is very light
3. Drive is unengaging
4. Engine is smooth and powerful but does not give the same excitement as E60
5. Boot space is very limited
6. Exterior styling not as sharp as E60 and when car is side by side with E60, the E60 stands out clearly with its distinctive design
7. Car is quiet on run-flat
8. Noticeable body roll when taking corners
While the GS300 is no doubt a high quality car, I will still go for the E60 which is price slightly higher.

KKK, UDM status of BMW says it all. So if its 520i vs GS300, do you still go for the 2.2L or 3L?
Sent for my first service yesterday. And was with Zag abnd saw his bill. I have an item called Service - Standard Scope, while Zag wasn't charged for this. Why the discrepancies? What is being done in Standard Scope that was not performed in Zag's second servicing? When asked, the CSA said Zag's bill was wrong and was mumbling to himself and I did not want to pursue further.
Also on the engine oil, it was stated Formula SLX. It costs $24 per litre and I was billed for 6.5L. However, I was also sold 1L of BMW Long Life oil. Any difference between SLX and L-Life oil? But the prices are 24 and 20 respectively, so I presumed they are not the same. My question is, when we are prompted to top-up the oil, can we top-up a different oil?
