My idrive screen blacked out today. First time it happened since I got the car 13 months ago. Any one have similar experience? Will take it to PML and have it repaired together with the first engine oil change.

Just sent my ride into Kg Arang today due to unreasonable fuel consumptyion increase and hesitation.
They will be upgrading my software at the same time. Will keep you guys posted on the latest version that we have here.

Guys, are we going on a trip to Malacca on March 25th? How about some forward planning if the response is good?
My son's gonna come with us in our E46 if you guys don't mind. The experience'll be good for him, plus the fact that we're not some young guys trying to test our rides.

C'mon guys it'll be a worthwhile trip. Stretching her legs and clearing the carbon. Anybody?

Wah Tategoi, that sure is a poor excuse. What happened to all the army training you received? Maybe Russo can put you up at his shop the night before? Or maybe let us all have your home and mobile ph numbers. That way, even if we can't wake you up, your family sure will.
C'mon, be a sport.

Just collected my ride from PML. They claim to have upgraded my software to version 15.2. However, I don't feel any different and all my settings are still the same; no change. Anyway, maybe I'm just paranoid.
Also, I complained about a rise in fuel consumption. Their explanation is that I have not reset the consumption and therefore the reading got "stuck"? Anyway, I will now try the tried and tested method of manually recording mileage and petrol filled to see if my consumption is indeed on the high side.

I'm sure you'll get a more accurate reading after the carbon gets cleared after the Malacca trip.
