Tategoi, I know your problem. I faced the same problem as you and like you thought its from the door, etc. Its at the most unsuspecting location; the seat. Next time you drive, place your fingers along the plastic cover of the seat just next to the seat adjustment buttons. You will feel the knocking vibrations. PML has yet to solve the problem for me. They suspect its the seat rail and are ordering a new part for me. Will keep you guys posted.

Me again. Pls do not stop along the curvy road. You'll have to go right into Cactus Road (where Autoglym was previously located). There are plenty of perpendicular parking lots there and guess what; its all FREE; no coupons required. Seletar Sea Food Ctr is located just next to a drain, 2 shops away from Autoglym.

Fitted the Philips P2S Xenons today. Also fitted 5000K high beams. Looks very much improved from the stock lights provided. Setback is that you will need to remove the front bumper to reach the xenons. Quite tedious but the result's well worth the work. Show you guys what I mean on Sunday.

Edlee, the pleasure is certainly ours. we wouldn't have a chance to lay our fingers on a 545 if not for your presence - I mean not even im PML I suppose!
Anyway, the E60 meetup has improved in attendance over the last and I would like to thank all who turned up to share our little experiences.
Eggz, how's Sepang? Maybe you would like to share with us your thrills up north.
And here's wishing everybody The very best for the New Year and a Merry Christmas.

Olivin, where are the photos?
Same here, wishing everyone a Merry Merry Christmas and a Happy Happy New Year, and most importantly, no more rattling, squeaking and creaking in 2005!

Aww crap! Just realised I have a crack on my front windscreen. Must have been caused by some flying object during the drive back from Sepang.
The crack's in the position just left of the rear view mirror and I actually did't see it till this morning.
Problem is, I really need the car for running around at the moment.
How dangerous is it if I left it for a few days? Any idea what the replacement cost will be?
Shit happends! :'(
