KKK, didn't you get any discount from PML? You are indeed very generous leh.

Hi Eugene, that's a serious problem that is not supposed to happen but it did happen to a few cars. Get it back to PML to get it fixed.

BMW owners generally will get 10% off, if you ask them to book under your salesman's account, you can get 15 or 20% off. I bought my 124s during the PML 25 years anniversary promotion, I got 25% off.

totoseow, have you upgraded your ECU? I remembered you sent your car for chip modding?

Hi Everyone, Been driving my 520i since July and only find out about this E60 Forum tonite.

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Obit ECU tuning yet? I will be installing a pair of Schrick's cam shaft soon into my car and probably go for the Obit tuning after that.

BTW, I have a 1 day old Breyton exhaust (cat back) for 520,525,530. If anyone wants to buy it, feel free to let me know. It's still very very new. I took it off because I expected it to be as quiet as the stock but it's not. It has a very low bass but I want it as close to stock as possible

Cheers

Hi Snoopy. Welcome to the forum.

Pls be very careful what you mod. As you may realise from our local forum and this E60 net forum, the E60 is still not a very stable car. You might have to send it back to PML one of these days for some rectification and discover that you have somehow void your warranty by modifying some components of your engine. PML is very strict when it comes to modifications and will not hesitate to take a stand.
