aesthetically the E60 is a sexier car it looks mean and aggressive

Its just natural that a new body style is always sexier and i can say the same with my ladies. A woman in there mid twenty are hot and attractive but are harder to shut up than in there late thirties but if you marry them they will blow a hole in your wallet on maintenance

 

Here in Canada right now BMW is offering an exclusive offer on CPO's, if you don't like the car and you haven't driven it pass 300km you can refund the car. Plus when you buying a used car the dealership only needs to meet minimum code. If I was you I would show them what dealerships in Canada are doing for there customers. Dealers usually wouldnt sell a CPO if it didn't pass there test this is BMW not Uncle Bob's used cars your dealing with a big corporation.

 

IMO the E39's timeless and classic design has long gone and passed its time.. This is not a diss on the E39's but my opinion but that car is outdated and old now.
The E60 to me is sexier with its edgy design.
With that said, My new E60 feels solid, planted on the road, and drives smoother than any other car I've owned in the past. My previous 2007 525i without the sports package drove average, not that great, but was ok.
