Was chatting to my neighbour the other day who'd thought that when I got my car in October it was brand new. He couldn't believe it yesterday when I told him it was 5 years old. I don't think the new one is going to be anything close to being as radical a difference as the e60 was to the e39. It's more of a Mercedes style change, gradual and small. Your average person on the street probably won't notice the difference at all.

Seeing that 2002 tii brings back such memories of BMWCCA events during the late 1970s. What a great car it was.
