Default E60 key fob not unlocking doors

So my 2004 530i key fob decided to work from about two days then quit on me, and I can’t get into my car because the drivers door lock is broken but I can get in the trunk. Is there anything I can do to get in my car?

Break a window. Why didn't you fix the lock? Did you replace the key battery

Checked the battery in the fob it’s 3v like it should be.

If you hold the unlock button down on your remote does it open your windows/sunroof?

My lock button can't work, open the remote key fob, change the switch, get some solder, done. Its works again without buying new key fob.
