Here is a link to the machined m5 wheels. https://5series.net/forums/topic/885...ndy-red-beast/
I was thinking of doing this, as I have a set of m5 rims laying around, however I am really liking the look of Bad Debts wheels.
Bad Debt: do you get any rubbing? I am a complete novice when it comes to wheels, but am thinking I want to go this route. What size tires would I need to complete the look? Would I need spacers?
I have a 2007 550.
Thanks!

The M3 wheels I have are the low offset that are stock for E60 and they are 8.5 and 9.5 . I got them from Umnitza, I want to say they were around $800 shipped for the set. We have gotten so many compliments on these wheels it's unreal, I thought I was doing good putting C63 wheels on my CLK500, but I don't get half the compliments I get on the Beamer.
The other nice thing is the inside spokes of the rim are gunmetal and don't show brake dust while the outside is sort of polished so they almost always look clean without to much Bling.

Hi,
I have looked until I am going blind. Someone out there has had to have tried this. I have a 08 E60 535i with the 18" sport wheels. I am wanting to find out if anyone has ever tried the M3 wheels from a E46 or E90? The E46 wheels are the style 67 19". The E90 wheels are the Style 225. Both are similar in design with the machined 10 double spokes and both are 19 X 8.5 fronts and 19 X 9.5 rears. If anyone knows anything about this I certainly would appreciate it.
Thanks for any help,
Ed

Back on topic...
In a nutshell, OEM wheels from both E46 and E90 non M's would be too high for the E60 since the offsets are in the ET30-40 range.
OEM wheels for the E90/E92 M3 is more suitable for our E60's offset wise, but spacers would be needed for a more appealing stance still.
If you need additional help, post up the OEM style wheel # and Im sure we can tell you if the specs will fit or not.

OK! I am getting big time confused here. I have had I don't know how many that have said that they would work. One guy said that hes was using them on his car but had to use a spacer on the front. I am trying to find out information on the use of the wheels before I spend good money on them and find they won't work. I now have Style 124 on the car with a supposedly 20 front / 32 rear offsets. I was originally wanting to find out if the Style 76 19" would fit on the car, with or without spacers. I have a couple of wheels that I had reconditioned for my Son's old car, a 2003 E46 M3 Convertible that had the Style 67 19". I bolted one of the rear wheels on the car (no tire) and it looks as though it will clear fine. I could not tell on the front because the offset is different and it was a 9.5 inch wheel. The Style 67 19" has, or is supposed to have 47 front and 27 rear offsets, depending on who you ask.
I like the Style 220 also from the 08- up E9X M3. I have got several responses on the offset for them. I have been told that they are 37/39 and also 29/23 so I don't know exactly what it is. I would prefer to stay with an original BMW wheel because I am tired of bent wheels. If I could find a really well made after market that won't bend I would be happy with them.

A spacer depends on how he wants it to look. You can put spacers even on factory wheels if you wanted to to make them "sit out a bit" -- I did this on the m6 wheels we put on the E61, even though they were just fine, I wanted the pushed out look

Aftermarket wheel styles come in many different offsets, focus mostly on the wheel you want, then find out if the offset works for you.

E46 M3 wheels were low offset wheels on the rear, not the front. the E60 is low offset front and rear, so you probably mounted his rear wheel and it would be fine, but the front is 35ET and would not fit.

The ones we sell for the E60 fitment are 20 ET for both front and rear, it's a bit more "at the edge" look.
