If you look at the wiring schematcs for the MOST network there is a fiber optic input for a DVD changer in the E60 network. There is a DVD changer available in Europe for the E65 (745) from BMW. Ventura Technology in South America has a box that attaches directly to the LCD screen that is a TV tuner and has a aux. input. The instructions for Ventura's box seems pretty straightforward.
