here it it, i took to a difference shop and all they told me was get bigger tires.

i'm getting 285/30/19 in tuesday, i will post pictures up once i have them install.

Honestly, I wouldnt waste your time or money. I have run stretched tires on quite a few cars that I've owned. On my S4, I have run a 225/35/19 on a 19x10, on that setup, I ran a track event at Sebring international raceway with quite a bit of weight in the car without any issues of the tire coming off the wheel. Even with 3 people in the car, nothing even remotely stange occurred. Unless the look really bothers you, 275 on a 9.5 is nothing close to a stretch and should be perfectly safe.

look is fine, im more worrying about hitting the curve because how much of the rim is sticking out.

Lets be honest, even with the tire sticking out past the rim, if you brush up against a curb, its still going to damage the wheel. I would just drive more carefully and avoid hitting curbs...
