I forgot about the MB CLS. For me, it's nip and tuck between an AMG CLS and the "new" 550i, assuming it has adequate HP (not likely), the next time around. I also like the MB S550 next to the 550i.

First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.

Maybe I can attribute getting to be an "old guy" to driving high-performance 5s since they were introduced in 87--at least that 535iS got me through a T-bone. Further, I'm now reassured about the readers of C&D, although I switched to "Automobile" years ago; much nicer crowd.
