Do our e60's show the names of songs w/0 Sirius???

My old e39 540i did, Im wondering how come the e60 cant perform such a simple function. Either from CD or Radio. Anyone know whether im doing something wrong here?

I think it has something to do with incompatiblity with the Nav system. There's a thready here on it somewhere.
This is #10 or so with things that chap my ass about my E60. Not big things, but things I thought would have been worked out after the 1st year. Or something they would have mentioned in the manual. Or something that they would have fixed in a software update.
My wife's Toyota has Nav and she gets radio text, I don't see why this is so hard to do.
