Perhaps this audio CD may help track down loose trip and annoying rattles in a car! At least its reproducable!

Finally! After two attempts my dealer has fixed the the indicator stalk by replacing it. Feels more firm now and the rattle is gone. First they had problems in programming the stick, next the total car needed to be re-programmed since a newer version of the software was available. This took more than 5 hours, so my car had to spent an additional day in the workshop! Had some discussion with the service guy, explaining him that the BMW engineers really need to do some re-structuring in their design since with modern electronics this shouldn't take that long.
