Nice ride man. Just got a '07 530xi. I'm int he same boat as having limited funds for mods. Did you do that shadowline yourself? I'm trying to figure out how much to buy (and matte/gloss). Also, where did you get the replacement grille? I was thinking about the same thing, except probably matte. I have the same paint color, so I was wondering what looks good on yours. Thanks.

Just a 06 525i, manual - No fancy LCI headlights, MTech body kit etc...

I've done quite a few mods sine I bought her almost 1 year ago: Shadowline, ZHP shift knob, footwell lights, door led lights, E90 led license plate lights, gloss black OEM grilles, tinted windows, K&N filter, stuff like that. Nothing expensive really. I have also driven dozens of road trips, usually about 150-200miles each.
Today while the KY Wildcats were playing, I was able to wash and wax my 5

Yeah sure I would love some LCI lights and MTech goodies, wheels etc. But for now I'm 26 yrs old, and working on purchasing my first home among other financial priorities. So for the mods, I just have to plan, budget and take my time.
Thanks for checking out my ride. I love my E60 and plan on keeping it for a while. I get my inspiration from you guys, and brag about this site to co workers, friends and family all the time. There are some seriously impressive rides on here, and more importantly, amazingly creative people behind them.

Thanks man, I appreciate it! and +1 on the more pics! I think ing over car pics on the forums help you get motivated to work on your own car, u know?
Thank you!
Congrats on your second E60! Sorry to hear about your first one, but I'm glad you are ok Yes, it's great that there are so many members here who passionately love their E60s (and F10s, E39s, etc). It's cool that you, across the world, myself in KY, you guys in NY, South Cali and Finland Dubai etc can all share our creativity and mods. E60.net is genuinely valuable for it's members probably more than the wealth of knowledge logged here.
Thank you!
