Just a 06 525i, manual - No fancy LCI headlights, MTech body kit etc...

But I love her. She drives like a dream, looks great and makes me proud to owner her every day.

I've done quite a few mods sine I bought her almost 1 year ago: Shadowline, ZHP shift knob, footwell lights, door led lights, E90 led license plate lights, gloss black OEM grilles, tinted windows, K&N filter, stuff like that. Nothing expensive really. I have also driven dozens of road trips, usually about 150-200miles each.

Today while the KY Wildcats were playing, I was able to wash and wax my 5

Yeah sure I would love some LCI lights and MTech goodies, wheels etc. But for now I'm 26 yrs old, and working on purchasing my first home among other financial priorities. So for the mods, I just have to plan, budget and take my time.

Thanks for checking out my ride. I love my E60 and plan on keeping it for a while. I get my inspiration from you guys, and brag about this site to co workers, friends and family all the time. There are some seriously impressive rides on here, and more importantly, amazingly creative people behind them.

Thanks for sharing these photos with us Patrick. You have a very clean car and it sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. I can't wait for a sunny/warm weekend here in Oregon so I can wash and detail my baby. She's been neglected for far too long, haha.

Yeah, its pretty easy to install. With the car off, place the shifter in 2nd gear, and pull straight back on the knob. It will pop off with force. Just be careful not to hit yourself in the chin...

Yes! One big benefit when it comes to modding a BMW, is that we can actually upgrade or improve upon our cars with OEM options and retrofits, vs relying soley on the aftermarket.

Thanks man. Nothing like spending an afternoon leisurely detailing your baby.. I love it when I can take my time, and do a great job.

Nice looking car. Save yourself the money on the LCI headlamps and just upgrade your Angel Eyes! I love my MTEC V3's.
