CCC / Screen not working after dvd drive change

CCC / Screen not working after dvd drive change
Been lurking around the forum ever since I bought my E60 550i 6 months ago.
Everything was working fine, except the navi, which sometimes worked fine, sometimes not.
Followed one of the tutorials on the forum to replace the dvd drive. EXCEPT I didn't disconnect the battery.
Check ALL (glove compartment & trunk) the fuses and they're all fine.
But the CCC doesn't seem to be getting any power (buttons are not lit up) and the iDrive screen is now black.
All ideas would be appreciated.

No, but will try to check the fuse on the back of the unit.
