I'm new to idrive so I'm not sure how service indicator work. Today I taken a short road trip and I check the oil indicator right before I leave and it said next oil change at 10k miles. After 150 miles oil service indicator still say 10k? Normal?? My past BMW would change/decrease after 1 mile of driving.

Normal. mine doesnt move for like 1000 miles at a time and then all of a sudden it'll drop. After a 150 miles of highway driving it was basically no stress to the car and oil so no change in status.

Thanks bro. I wish it would change like my e46 m3. So much easier to keep track.

Normal. You can also experience an increase! If you do a lot of short runs in low temperatures the oil change interval drops more rapidly, but if you then do a long run at high speed it can actually increase slightly.
