My next call would be to BMWNA - Battery deficiencies, esp in low mileage cars, are well documented. The electronics in BMWs another techno-loaded cars are voltage hogs!

But it may be a quick and easy sale for customers who don't push back (in a professional and courteous fashion).
i sent email to BMW of NA and complaint about it, but so far, no response yet

i just called BMW road side assistance, and the operator took my info asked what happen, i told her i need jump start, she said "again" well, i think they have record, yes again, i am wondering if i keep calling road side assistance, how much will it cost BMW? will it be cheaper if they just replace my battery?
