Bent lower steering column replacement
A couple of years ago my local BMW dealer when replacing the steering rack bent the steering column, when the steering wheel is turned there is a terrible creaking, of course they denied that they had done the damage. So I have bought a used replacement.
Does anyone have any experience of installing just the lower steering shaft and if there are any pitfalls.
