Had problem on first day. Was playing a lot with controls then. I suspected electronics overheated and would return to normal after cooling. This problem was intermittent and I have not taken in for service until something worse develops. The wheel didn't move up for exit ease until the 2 keys were used and in memory since I started using the number 2 key and not number 1. So, have reasons why wheel had problems.

Thanks for the useful replyes.
Will wait until they call me for the NAV Prof upgrade to sort these little bugs out.
Until then i can live with it!
It's still a hell of a machine

As I said, it happened while the car was in the dealer's pickup area. Steering wheel almost stopped up-down adjustment using adjustment button. After a while, it worked again. Staff saw the problem before even driving off as my own car. I wasn't going to let it stop my driving the car. Entry ease motion of wheel when removing key was fixed by me by switching keys and reseting memory fuctions. Can't help thinking this is related problem. It may be software related, but I got car 2 months ago after v12 was out. Given so many people have had such problems, it should be a service recall.
