I keep barf bags in my rear seat pockets for this very reason. I also do the airplane safety announcement before I pull the car out of park. Hahahaha! "Insert the metal fitting into the buckle. Lift the flap to release". "There are 4 emergency exits in this E60. 2 in the front and 2 in the rear"! LOL! I did that with some friends when I first got the car. Was hilarious.

Ummmm..... actually this reads like classic motion sickness to me - described by our medical friends as being caused by the brain receiving conflicting messages from the balance organs in the ears and the focus of your sight; e.g. if you are reading while traveling your sight is detecting little movement, but your balance centre can still sense movement - this situation can confuse your brain, leading to motion sickness??????.

It?s said, as in recommended by the medical fraternity, that you try not look at moving objects and maintain a focus at 45 degrees above the horizon - oh, and by the way sit in the place with the least motion - surprise, surprise the front seat of the car! ? helpful aren?t they, not!

i would lean towards the reason of driving style. i mean its a bimmer you just drive it the way you do haha. i hear it from my mom all the time, whether im driving my e60 or the suv. whenever im out with my parents me and my dad are fine in the front. my mom in the back always asks for so much air. the air issue and the lack of sight contribute to the dizziness of passengers in the back seat.
