I just had full brakes done about 500 miles ago. All 4 rotors changed with R1 concept and all 4 pads (I hope they replaced all 8 not just 4)changed out with Hawk HPS pads. Still squeaks. I did the whole bedding procedure....twice. Weird thing is that it doesn't squeak in the morning. It squeaks after the brakes have warmed up and only at low speeds such as navigating in a parking structure or creeping and stopping...again, only when the car has been going for awhile.
I do not recommend power washing the brake components unless it is the last resort prior to removing the pads. You run the risk of removing the lube used to silence the pads to begin with.

Whoever installed the pads did not coat the pads correctly with anti seize. Either that or you drive like my grandma

I watched him get it all over the place. I even made a comment about it while he was doing it. I guess I'll have him take it off and back on again anyway and reseat them....and yes, I have my kids in the car all the time so I probably do drive like a grandma.

Actually I'm serous about driving like a grandma. If you tend to brake early and not get brakes hot once in a while to burn of contaminates they tend to make more noise.

Basically any spot that the brake pad touches something should be coated, of course this does not include the face of the brake pad.where it contacts the rotor

Hmmm...then how does that explain why it doesn't squeak when I first use the car in the morning. Driving slow out the driveway, braking slowly, no squeak...drive the car for 5 minutes and do the same slow braking back at home or work, then it squeaks. As I mention, it only squeaks at really low speeds.

The squeak is actually a high pitch vibration. This audible vibration happens only during certain times.
In your case it is when the pads are warm and during slow speed.
