Yeah, but you still have to be right at the car to perform the "comfort closing" procedure. It's not too different from comfort closing without comfort access -- the key in lock method...

To answer some of the questions. On the 2008 US spec the rear reflectors are standard. When I initially saw the car I was surprised but I like it. I ordered the car with comfort access and from what the dealer told me the auto-close/open feature is standard for windows and sunroof. To put the windows down and sunroof open I hold the arrow on the key and to let them up I push the BMW emblem on the key. I took some getting use to and I'm still figuring out the car as I go.
Thanks, I tried it earlier on my car but it did not work. It has always worked to open the windows and sunroof but not to close them. You have to use your key...

Yah only way is to use the key and turn it to LOCK and hold, then all windows.. but not so coool
Sometimes I turn the Light knob to PARKING, so Angel lights come on.. then I drive with Angel lights but it comes to park I always forget to turn it off. They keep lit even thought u press LOCK on the remote. would be nice when you press LOCK on key remote it kills all lights. Just like a $15k toyota does

That's cuz thats how its suppose to operate... the $15K Toyota is stupid. Even a $90K Lexus has it all wrong! Parking lights are meant to stay on even when the car is shut off. Its so if you park in a dark alley or by a corner a car comming up will see your car from a distance and not run into it. Having "parking" lights turn off when you shut down your car to park is useless.

They should have done with Mercedes did... have a IR receiver by the door handle and if your key is align with the handle you can hold the lock button and roll up all the windows. I like that.
