66,000 miles, just did a repair to replace the Aux Cooling Fan and luckily was covered under my extended warranty ($700). Other than that, no other problems and still going very strong.

Mine's at 230K km / 143K miles.

Hardly any age / usage related issues.

Only the usual replaceables and some well-documented issues with the e60/61 that can hit you below 50K as well.

Wouldn't advise anyone to abandon it at high mileage as long as you know the car and its history, it ages gracefully is my experience...

141,000 miles on mine, biggest thing was a flywheel and clutch

No - I've checked it at 200.000 km's, and the swirl flaps still looked immaculate.

I did change the gearbox oil at 200.000 km's, and the glow plugs.

I am on 132k miles right now and it just broke down on me first time last week. Something wrong with power steering or aircon i think.

I was wondering about high mileage e60's as well. It looks like the e60 is destroying the idea that modern BMW's are not reliable!
