Little bit over 450 000km, / 280000 miles here. Running well, except some minor electrical issues (unexplainable battery discharge, which I am working on now). I've had it almost 10 years, and only doing regular oil changes and filter changes. Other parts are changed when necessary. Biggest problem has been cracked exhaust manifold which caused exhaust fumes to get into cabin. E60, 530D, 2004.

Default 2006 530xi with 203k

Hi, I have a 2006 530xi that runs great, it just has a oil service light that will not reset after a current oil change at dealer. Dealer told me after 200k the oil service light cannot be reset?! Also the passenger seat sensor for airbag system is on, faulty sensor under recall was fixed once, dealer said they will not fix again if past 10 yrs since recall was first opened in 2013.

Apologises. That was my first post and a little vague.

I have owned the car 12 years, came with 130,000 miles on it and don't do big miles anymore but I love the car and didn't want to sell it.

I have reconditioned the 2 turbos and all oil lines etc, Serviced the automatic gearbox. Changed 3 injectors, swirl flaps done, dpf cleared out, mapped dpf and egf. Few sensors, fuel pump, general suspension parts but its really driving like a new car!

Default 2005 E60 530i - 275K...Time for Complete Overhaul

Had this car since 2014...came with 116K in Excellent Condition. I personally put every mile on this car and know it from top to bottom. I invested almost $10K in a Custom Competition Car Audio System - so selling it is not an option. Preparing to do some Major Overhaul with car: Replacing Engine (Already at Shop) - Water Pump, Thermostat, Oil Pan/Valve Cover Gaskets, Hoses, and other maintenance will also be replaced before installation. Complete new exhaust system upgrade with new Cat Conv. Bilstein B16 Suspension Replacement, New Brakes, Brake Line Upgrade, & New Rotors. With the engine out, I thought about swapping the transmission also. Heard a few bad stories about transmission service with high mileage completely trashing the transmission valve body and solenoids.

Original owner of my 2008 535i. 6-speed. Currently has 215,000 miles. Have spent quite a bit of money on it, but I love the car, and it runs great when everything is in order. I am obsessive about my car, and it literally still looks and drives like brand new.
