My Ride: Stock 2004 545I Sport
Im pretty sure the right side is supposed to be up a little more then the right. Its actually a matter of having the left lower to prevent blinding oncoming traffic. This is more noticeable with HID lights that have a distinct edge to the beam. Mine are configured in this fashion and the car has 80k with no mods other then wheels. Hope this helps.

I have almost same problem green light to the switch stays on does not blink.
When car starts thy go up down ledt right then stay straight and dont move at all.
They worked before but after some guy changed 2 injectors and removed some errors with Rheingols ISTA-D then from that time they never work and never give some error or something to troubleshoot.
