As I originally said, I never checked (noticed) if the headlights went side to side, but I do know that they are adaptive, since they obviously work when driving. My point is that adaptive headlights were installed on pre-LCI E60s in at least year 2005. My 2005 545 built Oct 2004.

Hi guys, my production date was 16/09 2008 530D M Sport and I ain't got them! Is it a cost cutting exercise do you think? The lights on my car are not in the same league as my wife's 2008 Saab 9-3. I am to say the least peeved about this and take her car when I go out in the dark!!! sorry about the rant, Paneuro.

Most North American cars were heavily optioned compared to European variants.

The headlight switch must also be in the auto on/off mode.
