one ABS sensor went bad (front LEFT), no signal at all (speed=0 on this wheel). car was going perfect before

after replacement with ebay sensor

I would maybe check the wiring to the sensor too

 

update on this. rust went into the reluctor ring, the ring enlarged, it rubbed against the sensor, the sensor eventualy gave up. after replacement with a new sensor, it broke the affected ring, and destructed ebay sensor.
new axle was needed because there was too much rust, a new ring would have fall off

so it took
-new axle with abs ring on it
-new sensor

all codes cleared by themselves

the car really went completely idiot without ONE sensor.

Yeah, the ABS unit shuts off all traction assist programs if there is a problem with the sensors
