There used to be a discussion a while back about a high pitch sound coming from the center of the car. It turned out that the windshield had a small gap and had to be resealed. You may want to check it out.

[/quote]Sorry 535d people, but the 545 will walk away from the deisel from the start. with equal drivers. It's the hp/weight ratio that determines acceleration, not the torque of the engine. The 545 runs the quarter mile in 13.7 @103. At the end of a quarter mile, the 545 will be about 3 carlengths ahead.
The 535d is an amazing deisel, but it's not in the same league as the 545 in terms of straight line speed.
