2008 LCI Moonroof wind noise

Can anyone that currently owns the 2008 5 series, explain if BMW has corrected the terrible wind noise that our previous 5er experienced with the sunshade open. I know there were lots of posts on this forum in regards to the wind noise.

Mine doesn't have any wind noise -- have you had the dealer look at it?

The E61 forum had a similar topic and the dealer was able to resolve the noise issue by adjusting some things:
