2006 530i Sunroof, am I loosing my mind?

In my previous 330ci and my wife's current X3, when the sunroof is open, there is a wind flap that pops up to deflect air from making that ear pressure pushing sound and feeling when driving.
I almost remember having this on my 06 530i when I bought it but can not be certain. I had my sunroof interior cover replaced which involved replacing the headliner. I think the deal may not have put this peice back in possibly. I was driving home tonight and noticed that noise and also that the spring loaded flap was not there.
Can someone check theirs and see if you have one? Maybe the e60 doesnt have one. Thanks in advance!

There was one on both my 2004 and 2008 E60's. It is not very large but it is there. Bring it back to the dealer...

Yeah I found the part and just mailed my dealer contact with the diagram/part number. Its called the Slipstream Deflector, good name.
