17x7.5 --> 17x8 Offset Question
Will this change the offset on an xi model from 43mm to?
I believe moving from an 18x8 to an 18x8.5 takes it from 43 to 40, does it also apply on a smaller wheel?
To ask another way, will a 535xi wheel go directly to a 530xi without issue provided it is correct offset from the beginning on the 535xi?
Thanks in advance

i believe oem bmw wheels for xi is 17x7.5 with 43 offset, but style 277 and 278 for 2010 xi is 17x8 with same offset
so if you go from 17x7.5 to 17x8, 43 offset is ok, but if you go aftermarket wheels, i will do little lower offset, like 40 or 38, that way wheels can line up with fender little more
