You are too much, dude. :-)
Go to Harborfreight.com (some of the best prices out there!) and have them deliver you a hydraulic jack. Better yet, get your wife or other girlfriend to order it for you. j/k ;-)
If you own a BMW, you got to learn to do it yourself or find a girl friend who can be your sugar mama. j/k! :-)
But seriously, invest on some tools. Honestly, I never liked working on cars until I own a BMW with expired warranty. lol
Good luck to you!

^^ That'll work however, that jack is heavy as sh*t!
Spend a little bit more (and have her buy it) and go with the aluminum one (blue color) with the matching jack stands. They're so pretty. lol That's what I did, you wont regret it.

One hydraulic jack is all you need. Google for 20 to 25% discount coupon! They often offer it. Also subscribe to their website for special offers.
Good luck!

I bought 2 ton, long reach, low profile jack
Low Profile Floor Jack - 2 Ton, Rapid Pump® Jack
This jack can reach the lifting point in the front (under the engine). As you know, that lifting point is too far back for regular jack.
By the way, 20% or 25% coupons can't be used on jacks [and few other items]. Read the fine print.
