Where are the CENTRAL Jack Points?

We all know about the ones beside the wheels on all 4 corners. Where are the front and rear central jack points needed to do suspension?

Didn't know there were any most are put up on a lift of some sort

There's a post below which mentions the front central jacking point. Not sure if there's one for the rear though.

For the rear - can't you use the diff? The car should be pretty strong there. I've been doing that on my 1982 320i for years and have seen mechanics do it.
