Contacted Garry at BMWofNewport, 25% discount, he quoted $188.18 for all 8 parts. With approx. $20 shipping. I think it is a fair price.

I sent a PM to Quad M, he said he is only selling the shadow door trim with the M-tech body kits. He reason was he has no boxes to ship the odd shaped trim in. He didn't provide a price. I guess Garry is the best price to get it.

Found a local powder coating company that quoted $70 for gloss black powder coating. Thought that was a great price and compared to the shadow trim which is only flat black $200+. I will post pics if I end up going with the powder coating.

What a great idea 20045series, whats the name of the place, im thinking of doing the same thing for that my kidney grills and the shadowline trim.

let me know where you got that pricing from, im in socal as well.

which part of the clip did you hammer? did you scratch the paint at all? im actually in the process of chancing my windows trim, but couldnt get the clip loose...

Did the shadow line upgrade, looks great. DIY very helpful. I had a lower piece that just wouldn't go in. Had to beat the crap out of it. Finally got it in. Top pieces just click right in, easy. I would post pics, but I think you guys know what they look like.
