Does any one of the forum members have the installation instruction of rear camera retrofit in PDF format. Thanks.

Try http://www.bimmerboard.org/. At the BMW CCA Techfest last weekend I asked the same question of David C.(?). who presented one of the sessions. The answer is yes and the details can be found at www.bimmerboard.org. I need to upgrade a 2004 X5 with a backup camera. David said that the required parts include a video module and, of course, the camera.

I heard that you cannot use any wireless one, as they are more prone to fail during usage. I recommend buying a full hardwired kit. I know some people have gone to the extreme taking out the keyhole and using that as a camera hole. I dont know what camera system you have right now, but I do not recommend the wireless, Once I find installation, I'll pm you.
