i am puzzled: I am supposed to be the dont know how

and with the dental flush i was able to take it out in a zoom:

try a shoelacer

it has more grid

You have red reflectors in your rear bumper but in the US, we either have a black insert (2004 MY) or body colored inserts (2005 MY). The original poster was having trouble removing the inserts...
