I have seen a lot of topics dealing with the regular smg center console but so far I haven't found one for the M5 console!
Can someone tell me how to remove the console?
I have tried the search option but without any luck.

I'm not sure that this document will cover everything, but it should get you pointed in the right direction:
remove_m5_center_console.pdf
You should update your personal information and give us your model year. I used a 2006 as a guess. The LCI version may differ.
This doesn't look like a really fun project, but good luck with it!
