Can anyone tell me if the mesh grill on an Msport bumper can be removed for access without removing the whole bumper assembly, thanks

Can you be more specific? Picture maybe?
I just removed the lower mesh grill on my mtech bumper and the bumper had to be removed in order to gain access to this piece.
