Hi, nice thread many good info.
I got almost same issue as Fyn, regeneration all the time aka " Regeneration in DDE requested" , thermostats are fine, sensors too, no faulty codes, DPF was chemicaly cleaned, Turbo looks good and dry, intake cleared. I can rip it off for 300 euro but dont want to, any sugestions?.
Ps. Sorry for bad english

What are the back pressure numbers for the DPF at idle and around 2000RPM?

Might indicate if the clean was successful or not.

How many KM since last regen and the one before that?

Are you driving on open roads at all with few stops and starts?

After chemical clean back pressure is on idle
750 rpm - 0-4 mbar
2000 rpm - 15 mbar
4000 rpm - 40 mbar
When driving full throtle at 4000 rpm shows 120mbar
After dpf cleaning i register new dpf by ista program on BC its show me 200 000 km then i made around 2300km in 4-5 days mostly highway high speed, it burns 3 times in this trip, on begin in middle of trip and at end of it. When i starter riding in town it start to regen again after 40-50 km, sick , its small town so riding looks like 2-4 km and stop again 2-4 km and stop.
Corrections of injectors are almost perfect to a maximum -1.0 - 0,6, turbo pumps very well, EGR (AGR) works ok, fuel only Bp Ultimate, maybe car is smoking, but from what?
Again ...
Sorry for english

Are you sure last regen cyclus was completed ? If not it wil start again next time the engine reaches the required conditions.

Only backpressure and distance done after the last regen can trigger the cyclus.

Can I ask where you get this info from the DPF ? In Inpa I couldn't find anything regarding the DPF. Is it only possible with ISTA ?

Firstly - don't keep apologizing for English - they can't help it.

I would be happy with 3 regens in 2400km. If the pressures stay near to where they are now then don't worry. Might be good to log the pressure vs km over a couple of weeks if its not too much effort. Should be a good sawtooth profile.

I know about it, I mean from reseting distance (this mean regen completed) towards next regen cycle.

Maybe backpressure sensor damaged?, How to check it if shows sensible values ? nobody wants to lend for the test.

So are you saying that these are normals and I am supposed not to be woried by it? And the regeneration after couple km is normal stuff?

How about this "regeneration in dde requested" show in ISTA right after the regen cycle ends. ? Regeneration won't start until appropriate distance is reached? or maybe something is broken and it should show "regeneration not requested"?

Thank you

Hello

After some months of financiar disaster i found two Root causes for my problem:

1. Oxigen sensor
2. Power soft that was in the car

I changed first the power soft and i still received the error from the oxygen sensor. After one week i changed also the oxygen sensor.

Now i have 6500 km with this oil and the level in sump is constant.

For regeneration of particule filter i found some hints:
- regeneration in DDE rquested should be always like this. When regeneration is on is changing to Regeneration not requested.
-on my car 525d from 2006 is not possible to see when regeneration was made and how many km untul next regeneration. Stupid soft! I made software upgrade and i can't see this.
- regeneration should be made at constant speed up to 60 km/h. Tge best is 100 km/h. Below 60 km/h the regeneration is stopped and will start again when the speed is up to 60 km/h. On regeneration is not necesarry to keep the engine at high rpm.
