You could generate the tracefile yourself. Just set the VO how you want it, load up expert mode, load up the KOMBI module, click "basic functions", highlight "GetNettodatafromCBD" and click ok. Then go back to "basicfunctions", click "GetFSWfromNettodat", point it to "NETTODAT.TRC" and save the file as whatever you want to call it. Now you have a default FSW_PSW for that car's VO.

The plug is different and if you do not have the ability to code, just throw in a couple 5W resistors to eliminate errors, strobing will happen unless you code the bulb checks off.
For the plug, just get some test leads from Fry's or equivalent and then either cut and solder (best) or t-tap (workable) into the existing wires.

I'm sure you've heard it before, you're awesome, thank you! I suppose it only makes sense that the data is already there, just a new way of thinking about it.

Basically NCS can either read the profile from the car or you load a pre-defined .ssd profile file (with any VO combination you want).
