One of the NCS scripts does a read of all the modules and spells out the full name of it. I would have to have it in front of me to find it but It is in there.

I believe there is theoretically possible to add AE as DRL on pre-lci. We need to figure out how to add a new value or find a hidden command that links to activate AE. If you put lights to position 1 you have AE on... why not to position 0 that is usually DRL. Only BMW engineers know how and they don't want to share...

I was told that in a German forum, they successfully did on an e65 with AE as DRL.

I actually found that TAGFAHRLICHT_ECE_1 nicht_aktiv in CAS/NFRM disabled the high beams CDN model. There were also 2&3 but had no effect when coded out. This might turn out to one of the more difficult codes to set.

guys , I've noticed something now ,, before I activate flash to pass bixenon option , my high beam used to stay like 1 second when I hit the high beam stick , 1 second is too much ,, and ppl gets angry considering it bad attitude .. after i activate the flash to pass bixenon in LMA , now even my bixenon stays for 1 second , so it's not flash anymore ...

tried to look at the LMA trc file maybe i find something in it ,, but i didn't understand it . for sure it's an option with different values not something like not active/active ...

guys with LCI headlights or guys with 2006/2005 ,,, if you don't have this issue with your high beam ... could you please post me your lma trc file so that I can compare it with mine and see if i can find that option to reduce the time of high beam ... because I remember in my previous 2006( 11/05 ) didn't have this problem ,, the high beam was really fast and it last for less than 1/2 second ... also in my E92 335I is the same ..the bixenon flash is really quick ....

thanks
