I had the same problem, I just removed the service function completely as it is not shown on LCI cars any way.

Interesting, sounds logic, the service interval of the micro filter is calculated by the use of the ventilation. And since the LCI module doesn't have this it doesn't give the info back back to the iDrive.

Going to switch it off of also, doesn't work anyway as it is impos to predict how dirty the air is.

Blood one question, did you take the power of the AUC sensor from the IHKA module or direct from a fuse. Mine isn't working, I took the power from a fuse like on the LCI ?

I took the power for the AUC from the IHKA, there is a problem I have yet to resolve with mine as well which is to do with the ventilation flaps. My IHKA is recording a fault code from the AUC saying the vent motor is not working.

hi blood im changing my pre lci high heater panel to the Lci high heater panel do i need to change any wires on the blue plug? also is it coded under the same Sa number as the pre lci high panel

will i get this micro filter message if how do i disable it thanks

mine is a 2003 E60

mine is a 2003 E60
Yes it need disabling but I cant for the life of me remember what needs to be coded.

I take it the wires dont need swapping around then and vo order stays the same just reseting ecu

No wires need swapping but a small wire mod is needed for the LCI IHKA to work properly, check the CIC thread for details.

i checked out i need to mod the pin 21 for LCi climate control mod to the power wires on the control panel

does any one know what needs to be codded to remove the service micro filter error how to remove this?
