Sorry for foulding this thread but I wanted to inform that the problem is solved.
Why can't I edit a previous post after one day

Okay.. this is what went wrong.
Almost all cables in the X18793 connector have a differrent colour.
Except nr 4 and 14 are grey-black and 11 and 15 are green-black
So I ended up mixing the 4 and 14 cables when rewiring to X1527.
In that way I exchanged the airco compressor relais with the rearwindowsheating

Hi BLooD,

Just picked up an E61 this evening, to replace my E46, and was thinking about this mod even before I handed the cash over. Great post - thanks for posting it. Can I ask a simple ( and likely stupid) question though please.... Can this mod be done on cars with no nav system at all? and would the wiring/ parts list be any different?

Having nav or no nav makes no difference.

Yes you have the LCI panel, a smal wire mod is needed for this to work plus some additional coding also.

You need to locate pin 21 of the blue plug and cute the wire leaving enough on both ends.
Take the bare wire in the loom and run it to the brown earth on the two pin plug.
Take the wire from pin 21 and run it to the red power feed on the two pin plug.

Set the following functions in CAPPL to "aktiv" :-

VA_AUTOMATIC_SHORTCUT
VA_AIRVENT_SHORTCUT
