I've had my new car for 3 months now, & due to recent workload & family commitments I have not been able to get my car in for assessment of my windscreen wipers - streaky since the day I drove out of the dealership.

Thay refused to change under warranty, but changed wipers through my maintainance package.

On handover I was given the following information:

If there are problems with wiper blades from changing or picking up new car - they will only be changed under warranty if you take the car back/ inform them within 3 months or 3000 miles (if you go over either then - tough titty!)

So if you have wiper problems - make sure you tell them asap.

i think over here in the states, they'll change your blades every few thousand miles, w/o any question, under the free maintenance program.
