Thanks for the post guys, the salesman was not too helpful, I already knew what I wanted and what I was going to pay, so I didn't care who the salesman was, the only thing that conufesed me was the active steering
The 06 feels much easier to handle on the turns on low speeds on high speeds its the same feel as my 04
OH YEAH
I got home from the dealer around 830pm picked up the wife (it's her car now, I bought me a little sports car 2 months ago and wanted to buy her a nice equipped 530 that I will not modify) we went to dinner, finished dinner and WTF I get a "PULL OVER YOUR CAR TEMPERATURE IS OVERHEATING PULL OVER AND CALL BMW" so I did and called Roadside assistance andthey towed the car to the dealer last night
I need to get this car blessed by my dad!!!!!!!

I have not posted on this forum, for a while but did you know the 06 has a new feature on the bottom of the side mirrors, when you unlock the car their is a light underneath to guied a path to your car

I think the lighting package comes with premium doesn't it? Not sure though, I know my 545i had it. Did your old E60 not have it? Did it have premium?
