I got my car from Long Beach BMW, but it's just too far for a simple
service, can you guys recommend a place in West LA?
Santa Monica is close, but only hear terrible stories about them
everywhere... Anybody who's not gonna screw up my car?

i've been to 3 dealerships.

beverly hills bmw: service center is crowded, SA offices are cramped closests with a copy machine next to your seat. besides the location (traffic all day long) i felt the SA gave me an honest attempt at finding the problem with my car. price wasn't the cheapest i found though.

bob smith bmw: i though the service department resembled beverly hills except they had more room and was inside an actual building. i thought the SA was the most helpful and gave me a great price on the work. everyone really made sure my time was going ok

valencia bmw: service department was tier 1 dealership quality. it's beautiful. however the SA suck, they're expensive, rude, absent for 30-60 minutes at a time. also instead of just giving me a high price, they refused to do work on my car without any explaination. i bought the car from there and they were still telling me to go somewhere else! also they tore my center console, forgot to tighten the bolt for the oil pan, and always gave me grief about getting a loaner.

They claim to be better equipped than this other dealership and they were right. (Long story) They ran a diagnosis and found the problem this other dealership had trouble finding. They are pretty prompt on calling you on updates regarding your vehicle. I used to live in West L.A. so its like a 15-20 min drive. As for a loaner they usually took care of it because it was under warranty. They have Enterprise office onsite.

LB BMW is the best. I live like 20-30 minutes away, but their service is top notch.
My worst experience was Crevier... scratched my tint and never replaced it

I have a oil service due soon, so I'm going tomorrow to get it changed
