I haven't heard of anyone yet but I did see a black E60 on a flatbed tow-truck yesterday! Three guesses what was wrong with that one!!

mine's been at the dealer for almost 2 weeks 
i've been calling them daily and they say thay have made me a priority - we'll see!
have to say i'm getting seriously fed up. to compensate i've booked my car into have the AC Schnitzer exhaust fitted!!
i'm hoping it sounds nice and throaty

It looks like Bosch manufactures the DME and it effects 1,329 5 series cars. Mine was one of them. With luck like that I should play the lottery tonight!
