If total out of pocket was 3k at 490 including tax id say it was a good deal. Almost 5k down at 490 a month for a pretty basic 525 is expensive in my opinion....
All that percentage and blah blah means nothing, you tell a dealer that and there gonna nod and smile. Bottom line is what your comming out at signing and your monthly payment, forget all the bs. If your dealer is raping you (which it sounds like they are) try a different BMW dealership in your state. Sometimes its worth the drive.
